David the service technician is a very courteous gentleman. I was impressed in how caring he was in getting my vehicle in for service. I received updates concerning the status of my vehicle thru text and email, I greatly appreciated being updated on the status of my vehicle. Once completed I received phone confirmation from David that my vehicle was ready for pick-up and the hours of the service department. Once arriving to the service department Marsha greeted me with loving kindness. Marsha provided great customer service. She explained my bill in detail, provided me with receipt of service, and asked if I had any questions. Such a Great and pleasant overall experience.
